underground milk, dream by millka -- Dec. 24, 2011

I am in underground galeries with my friend Justin (a big big red hair boy, exists in real life). I have a backpack with milk for some reason. I need to drink it because I am hungry and thirsty but I'm also thinking that milk is not the best thing to have when you have been walking for days with only your backpack with you. It is probably bad by now but it is the only thing I have and I am hungry. One of the bottle also does not have a cap.
We arrived in this underground galleries randomly. May be we were chased or may be we wanted to explore. I don't really remember. The overall atmosphere is tensed though, that's why I think may be we were trying to escape from some crazy nazi/military or something.
There is a full life down there. People live there because it is cheap, therefore they can have awesome really big spaces and be creative. But I am thinking that for me it is not possible to leave underground. I need windows and real light. No matter how cheap the rent is. I guess some of them have no choice.
I also, at some point before that I think, was in a kind of restaurant where you pick your raw food, then gfive to someone who cooks it. I took some small strange d\fishes.

Symbols: what do you think the milk in the backpack (taken from an event that week), and the bottle with the open cap represent ?

Reading the dream - it sounds that in principle you should like that underground world, but in practice prefer to 'stay in the light'. May be: the underground world symbolizes multiple things at the same time. First, the unconscious world (Jung interpretation), which you are afraid to reach ? In my dream (vampire program dream) - I want to reach that underworld but I am blocked. Would you just rather stay out of these dark places ? As you say, that underworld may also symbolize the Occupy movement - there may be some things you are uncomfortable with about it ?
