Dreamsfield technical discussion and moldy fruit, dream by mikele -- Aug. 26, 2012
I am happy to notice a new user on the dreamsfield. It is actually a guy who has been working for us, replacing someone of the IT staff. His name is Fleury, or something like that. I notice his username actually has a directory path in it, suggesting something may be wrong with the Django setup, or how he set things up. He is sitting next to my desk in one of the shared office rooms, with windows hidden by stores. I see on my screen a beach scene with pretty girls. He tells me something is wrong with the PHP. WE discuss it a little. I then tell him come to my office to discuss more and sot that he can show me the problems on my own computer, there.
In my office, I sit down, and he sits at the corner of the wooden table. He puts a bed lamp between the screen and himself, and we start talking. I propose him some fruit: there is a basket with tangerines. I notice they are moldy. I check them, take them out by the stem one by one, and throw them in the garbage. I wonder why my parents didn't throw these tangerines away, but I know it was for some good intention. I then see a few small potatoes: they don't seem moldy.

Hi millka, thanks for the comment! I had the same interpretation as you: there is some frustration expressed here with the speed at which the site is being developed, interactions with other people involved in the project. But I also see other symbols - like the potatoes - saying: don't be too impatient, good things take time to do, find the right way to work with what is available, especially with such a project. I think there is yet more information condensed here, like the stores hiding the windows of the office, the bed lamp on the table. Still trying to make sense of this. | |

hmm, that makes me thing that you would want your partner on the dreamsfield to be more active and less "moldy"! I am talking about myself mostly :) What do you think, is it that you think that people who said they'd get involved are not involved enough? |
