Stealing a Squash, dream by Lito -- July 6, 2012

This was early morning, and not a very disturbing dream, just weird.

I was at some outdoor bazaar with my girlfriend, and there was vendor selling vegetables.

For who knows what reason, I pick up a squash, and walked away with it to catch up with her, as she was walking ahead.

Squashes are normally supposed to be peeled and boiled, with the seeds removed, but as I was walking again with my girlfriend, I was just peeling off the skin with my fingernails, and started eating it raw. I was thinking about how I would handle the internal seeds.

Somewhat later, I remember I had forgotten to pay for it, and worried about whether I should return.

    Dear Marzbar,

    Thank you for your question.
I will try to do justice to it, but this may be a little long.

As for the feeling of digging my nails into the peel of the squash (should you have ever done this), sometimes the peel gets under the nails, (and it is hard); i.e., it hurts. I did feel that.

As for the seeds, I still think that this was just the consideration that there would be an obstacle, but lately I've been studying flowers and how they produce seeds, which is slightly akin to human ovaries.

When I realized that I had not paid for the squash, (as I, in the dream had had to catch up with my girlfriend), I was in a quandary, because I couldn't decide which was the correct thing to do between the two moral choices, that of sticking up with my g/f, or returning to pay for the thing.

Yes, I can't understand why the vegetable I chose "to steal", was a squash. I do believe, however, that you might be correct on the "being squashed" idea, however, I cannot confirm this to you, as there are multiple references here.

As for the seeds, it is true that I've fried up pumpkin seeds in the past, but in my dream, I was eating it raw, and could the seeds distantly have referred to my sperm? I don't know, but recently, I sometimes don't even bother to cook a pepper, I just eat it raw.

In your question regarding bringing things to fruition, (meaning making fruit, which come from seeds), I think you are partially correct, as I am also facing struggles in life, but I don't think that is the reason here; only that I'm dealing with raw life.

For certain, I am concerned about handling matters, but I have not changed my strategy much, as in general, it has worked. The g/f relationship, however, is another matter, and perhaps would need to be reconsidered.

No worries about eating raw seeds.
These days, I feel I could even eat a bug.

YES! marzbar, your questions all resonate with me!
I thank you very much for your insight, and I hope I answered your questions in a way which will also deepen yours.

    Thanks again,
    Lito
