biking haifa, dream by jeremy.rutman -- July 29, 2023
I went to a punk show in the lower part of the city of Haifa. Came out and was riding a bike up the steep streets. At some point I noticed I no longer had the bike - wasn't clar what happened to it. Someone I knew said they were using a 'corkinet' and sold me a fold-up model for $40 which I happened to have in cash, they didn't have the right change but said they'd pay me back. I went back down easily to go looking for my bike, thinking how effortless, even subconscious it was to find my way even though I'm not usually particularly adept geographically.
