I was part of a gang planning to do something inimical or illegal - I blv. I dreamed the entire back story as well but forgot it upon waking. One of the gang (possibly me) stabbed another with a shiv or small knife newar the heart, in order to test how long it would take for him to bleed out. Everyone left stood around as the stabbed guy bled but didn't die. There was some ambiguity as to whether I was the stabber or the stabbed - possibly both. Eventually the stabbed guy tried to run at which point he/me was shot
