    A dream within a dream, dream by Engie -- Jan. 21, 2012

I dream that I'm asleep and having a dream: the dream within the dream is about me skiing in Paris. I'm on my skis, sliding as if there was perfect snow, and I reflect to myself that it's rather odd that I can ski in Paris when there is no snow; isn't that going to damage my skis? I have to avoid the dog shit that's around, typical of Paris.

    The dream dissolves.

I find myself at the Gare de Lyon with my mother. We're sitting at a café but there is no table where we can put down our coffees. Whatever we are talking about, inside myself I wish she would pay for my ski vacation.

    End of the dream!

Typically, dreams combine a lot of material in a same object, or symbol. So indeed, you may want to go skiing (wish fulfillment), but also the skiing, especially in the streets of Paris, represents fighting a number of challenges.
