    Japanese mother and daughter stewardess, dream by mikele -- March 25, 2016

    In airliner aircraft, there are two Japanese stewardesses, a mother and her daughter, standing by the door. Daughter is smaller than her mother. They are in dark blue navy uniform, elegant. We are in flight. It is a little dark, but we can see a few of the green and red control lights on the door. The daughter is begging the mother to explain to her how to use the emergency system to unlock and open the aircraft door. It seems that her mother is hesitating to show here. There is a light feeling of danger.

    This reminds me this quotation about motherhood " while we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about " .
    if I may , beeing a mother is the toughest job, filled with self-doubt, mistakes,regrets but always love and passion. May be this dream tells you a little bit about this :)

    I had this dream after a deep and sincere discussion with my mother on the phone. It was very sincere and also a bit painful, but very good at the end. We both told each other about some regrets in our relationship. I think that's what triggered the dream.

    Regarding Japan, and the stewardesses, I do miss Japan often, but I think in this particular case, the stewardess figures come come from seeing pictures on FB from one of my Japanese friends who recently became a stewardess. She had funny pictures in uniform with her colleagues. The two characters would be my mother and sister. May be I feel my mother is not helping my sister enough/properly with some issues, even though she is well intended.

    The danger does represent some tension/distress on my side, also on my family side, I think that's something real that the dream is pointing to, not sure what yet, I am pondering on it! :)

    Regarding opening the airplane door, I think generally it is indeed not possible in flight. It would also represent the exit ... will think about it!

    The mother/ daughter presence is interresting.
    Generally a mother is a source of protection and support. And they are japonese.
    A sens of nostalgie ?

    The Danger part is also interresting:
    First I didn't know it was even possible to open the aircraft door during a flight ( because of the pressure). But assuming it is,why is the mother beeing so reluctant ? If the mother symbolises the unconscious intuitive side of yourself , you must have the answer.
