I am at a synagogue , the one I went to as a kid. There's a crack in the ceiling through which water is dripping past the exposed rusting iron rebar. As the dream progresses the hole gets 'reworked' as larger and larger - it doesn't grow but simply is presented as larger , the dream was being rewritten. In any case a massive hole is exposed in the roof which is very thick, maybe 5 meters, and filled will rock and dirt like a section of ground seen from below. Iron beams have been constructed underneath for support and a crane pulley projects through the hole. Someone tells me that a gallery is being constructed so observers can see the reconstruction work.
